The Masterclass in Horticultural Business course, developed under Hort Frontiers, fostered new innovators and leaders for the Australian horticulture industry. Industry levies contribute to scholarship opportunities.

These investments delivered the apple and pear Future Orchards program, which was responsible for accelerating and expanding the adoption of innovation and technology in apple and pear businesses and facilitating industry capacity-building.

Apple and Pear Nuffield Scholarship 2014/2015 (AP13034)
This project supported a Nuffield Scholarship awarded to apple and cherry grower Fiona Hall from Orange, NSW. Fiona studied how Australian growers could improve their profit margins by developing an international understanding of apple growing.
