Applying for sponsorship
Applications for the event sponsorship program will be collected during two ‘call-out’ periods throughout the year.
With each call-out, organisations will be invited to submit their applications using a detailed form that will be hosted on this page during the call-out periods.
Call-out period 1: The first call-out period will be from 1 March 2022 to 1 April 2022 for organisations seeking financial funding up to $10,000 or in-kind sponsorship for events held during the period 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022.
Call-out period 2: The second call-out period will be from 1 August 2022 to 1 September 2022 for organisations seeking financial funding up to $10,000 or in-kind sponsorship for events held during the period 1 January 2023 to 31 June 2023.
No applications will be accepted after the close of the relevant call-out period.
When the call out period ends, all applications will be reviewed by an internal Hort Innovation evaluation panel.
Hort Innovation will notify applicants within four weeks of the relevant closing date as to whether the application for sponsorship has been successful. Hort Innovation’s decision is final and binding.
Hort Innovation may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject any application for any reason.
