Pre-harvest effects on lettuce quality

This fact sheet summarises how lettuce quality can be impacted by pre-harvest activities such as crop management, variety choice, nutrition, irrigation and light. It was produced as part of the Hort Innovation Vegetable Fund project Pre-harvest practices that will increase the shelf-life and freshness of vegetables (VG14025).
