Attracting, retaining and developing a nursery industry workforce presentation

This presentation, provided to the nursery industry as a webinar in April 2019, gives an overview of the project and its recommendations. It describes the problem of a shortage of skilled people and high workforce turnover, and presents the five pillars of the recommended strategy to improve the nursery industry career paths and workforce.
