Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) represents a meaningful commitment to fostering respect, understanding, and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It guides us in recognising the enduring cultures, histories and contributions of First Nations communities, and in promoting reconciliation within our organisation and across the broader community.
The RAP provides a framework for reflection and action, encouraging us to deepen our knowledge, strengthen relationships, and ensure our policies and practices support genuine engagement with First Nations peoples and businesses. It is a testament to our shared responsibility in building a workplace and industry that values connection, recognition and equity.
Reconciliation is an ongoing journey. We remain committed to measuring our progress and building on these foundations as we work towards a future that reflects our values and strengthens our relationships with First Nations communities.
Growing on Country
Our RAP features artwork by Indigenous artist Charmaine Mumbulla, titled Growing on Country. The piece was created to reflect our commitment to strengthening relationships with First Nations peoples and communities, and to symbolise our reconciliation journey, both within our workplace and across the broader horticulture sector.
