At Hort Innovation, we’re proud to support the next generation of leaders in Australian horticulture.
That’s why we’re offering two fully funded scholarships to the Marcus Oldham Rural Leadership Program, running from 31 August to 5 September 2025.
This program is designed for emerging leaders across the citrus industry supply chain and is all about building confidence, sharpening communication and decision-making skills, and gaining a deeper understanding of leadership in Australian agriculture.
Emily May, a 2024 participant and horticultural agronomist with Elders, said it best:
“Prioritising people in the unpredictable horticulture industry is critical. The program taught me that sometimes you have to push past your comfort zone – like a pre-dawn swim that challenged my limits!”
