Vegetable knowledge transfer at the 2018 International Spinach Conference (VG17004)

This investment supported the 2018 International Spinach Conference and Study Tour to Murcia, Spain – held in the last week of February with 14 participants attending. Held in the heart of the winter spinach production area for Europe, the tour included visits to farms, processing plants, attendance for two days to the International Spinach Conference, and meetings with researchers, processor/marketers and others involved in the industry.
This project was a strategic levy investment in the Hort Innovation Vegetable Fund
