    What was it all about?

    This investment renewed the export strategy for table grapes in collaboration with key stakeholders in industry and government. By identifying, sizing and prioritising opportunities for the industry in international markets, this project provided the table grape industry with the information needed to guide activities, including future investment into export initiatives.

    Specifically, the project:

    • Identified and ranked priority export markets and provided a clear pathway for Australian table grape export growth
    • Provided information on phytosanitary market access opportunities for table grapes
    • Identified opportunities to increase volume into current markets through targeted marketing and quality maintenance
    • Provided advice on how the industry can be supported through investment in future export initiatives.
