Key research provider: Bite Communications
Publication date: Sunday, February 1, 2026

Project summary:

This project aims to strengthen awareness of the health and nutrition benefits of dried fruits, developed in partnership with the Australian dried fruits industry. The project brings together the latest scientific research on dried grapes, tree fruits and prunes, translating it into clear, practical resources that help health professionals and industry stakeholders communicate accurate, evidence‑based information.

Delivered by Bite Communications, the project will produce a comprehensive scientific review, tailored health messaging, fact sheets for health professionals, and a dedicated Australian Dried Fruits Nutrition hub. It will also roll out supporting social media content and a three‑year communications strategy to ensure the messages remain timely and aligned with ongoing national nutrition and labelling reforms.
