Key research provider: Consulting & Implementation Services

Project start date: 6/11/2025

Project completion date: 6/02/2026

This project delivers an independent, evidence-based mid-term evaluation of the ‘National vegetable and onion benchmarking program’ (MT22009). The evaluation will assess the program’s progress against contracted goals and milestones, its relevance to industry needs, and the effectiveness of its benchmarking tools, stakeholder engagement, and data collection processes. Actionable recommendations will be provided to enhance program delivery and ensure it continues to meet industry priorities.

For stakeholders, the evaluation will offer clear insights into the program’s impact, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and guide future direction. Key outputs include a tailored project plan, evaluation framework, stakeholder engagement plan, and a comprehensive mid-term evaluation report with practical recommendations to strengthen benchmarking, stakeholder participation, and data-driven decision-making in the vegetable and onion industries.
