This booklet provides a summary of Australian grown Asian vegetables that have potential to be commercially viable and includes ideas on how to approach their commercialisation. It was produced as part of the Hort Innovation Vegetable Fund project Understanding consumer triggers and barriers to consumption of Australian indigenous vegetables and Asian vegetables (VG15071).
