Marketing snapshot - Hortlink 2016, winter

This Hort Innovation Passionfruit Fund marketing snapshot has been taken from Hort Innovation’s Hortlink 2016, winter edition.

In July, 100 in-store taste sampling sessions were conducted in independent grocers across the eastern seaboard for passionfruit.

Incorporated in this program was merchandising and back-room education on storage, handling, ripeness and seasonality to ensure optimum retail handling of the fruit.
