This review provides a comprehensive review of international best practice for postharvest management of sweet cherries including topics such as fruit physiology, consumer preferences, storage, harvesting, sorting and grading, packaging, food safety, decay control, market access and new technology. It was produced as part of the Hort Innovation Cherry Fund project Review of international best practice for postharvest management of sweet cherries (CY17000).
