This short investment delivered insights into Australian apple consumers and identified key targets and growth opportunities. The project team provided a profile of the ‘apple consumer’ including their usage habits and consumption occasions.
Its findings will be used to inform future Hort Innovation Apple & Pear Fund marketing activities and will be available as insights for the apple and pear industry at large.
