Asia Fruit Logistica 2025 (AM24003)

What was it all about?

This project supported Australian horticulture growers to showcase their produce and capabilities to international buyers at Asia Fruit Logistica 2025, Asia’s leading fresh produce trade show. Hort Innovation successfully delivered the Australia Pavilion, providing a strong, professional presence that helped raise the profile of Australian horticulture and created opportunities for export-focused engagement.

The project involved planning, coordinating and delivering a shared Australia Pavilion at the Hong Kong event from 3–5 September 2025. Hort Innovation brought together 12 Australian co‑exhibitors across a range of horticulture categories. The pavilion featured a unified design, a hospitality area and live cooking demonstrations that highlighted Australian fruit and vegetables through tastings and chef-led sessions.

The Australia Pavilion maintained Australia’s visibility and competitiveness in a highly international marketplace. With more than 14,000 trade visitors and over 760 exhibitors from 43 countries, Asia Fruit Logistica is a key platform for connecting growers with global buyers.

These efforts are expected to support future export growth by strengthening Australia’s reputation as a premium, reliable supplier. Insights from the pavilion’s success will inform future trade show participation, helping growers access new markets and build long-term international relationships.
