What is it all about?

This project will deliver an annual statistics handbook on the state of the horticulture industry. It will be anchored in profiling the complete supply chain, from production through to fresh market volume and value across fruit, vegetables, nuts, and other amenity and extractive crops. 

This project continues the compilation of the Hort Stats Handbook, following a similar delivery for the three years ending 30 June 2024. Handbooks will be produced over three years (for the years ending 30 June 2025, 2026, and 2027). 

Growers and industry will be able to use the information from the handbook to enable better planning and investment decisions. This project will further enhance the delivery of outputs by; developing and implementing the capacity to define, gather and present data at a regional level.
