Raising concerns

Hort Innovation welcomes feedback and is committed to addressing complaints and/or concerns in a fair, timely and confidential manner. We are committed to open and positive relationships with all our stakeholders and team members. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may wish to raise a concern and provide feedback. We encourage you to raise your concern and provide feedback directly with the relevant Hort Innovation staff member.

If you wish to make a complaint, you can also use the Contact Us form, and we will manage your matter in accordance with our Complaints and Grievances Resolution Policy. 

If your concern relates to serious misconduct, unlawful activity or other matters that may qualify for protection under our Whistleblower Policy, we encourage you to report it anonymously and confidentially via our independent provider, Stopline.
