Vegetable growers are extending the shelf life of their fresh produce, reducing waste, and improving profitability by testing real-world postharvest solutions across Australian supply chains. 
 

A new project will identify and test potato-specific AgTech equipment across planting, in-crop operations, harvesting, grading and postharvest handling.
