Hort Innovation AI Assistant

Hort Innovation has developed an AI-powered assistant to help you find information published on this website (AI Assistant). 

The AI Assistant draws only on content published on this website. It does not access external sources and is designed to indicate when it cannot find an answer rather than speculate. 

You should independently verify any response before relying on it, as responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. 

Please do not submit personal, sensitive or confidential information through the chat interface.

Questions you submit are logged on our systems and transmitted to a secure AI service provider to generate responses. Our AI service provider does not retain your data or use it to train its models. Logs are retained by Hort Innovation until deleted. 

Hort Innovation is not liable for any reliance placed on AI Assistant responses beyond what is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Partner Portal

Where you have been granted access to the Delivery Partner Portal (Portal), the following additional terms apply: 

• Access to the Portal is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials or permit others to use your access
• You must notify us immediately if you cease to be part of the relevant project team, and you must not continue to access the Portal after that point
• All material submitted via the Portal is subject to the intellectual property and licensing terms in your agreement with Hort Innovation
• You warrant that any material you submit does not infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights, is not misleading, and does not misuse personal or confidential information
• If malicious code or any other virus is introduced into Hort Innovation’s systems through your use of the Portal, you agree to indemnify Hort Innovation for all costs and expenses incurred in identifying and removing it. 

We may remove material from the Portal and terminate your access at any time if we consider you have breached these Terms of Use.

Hort IQ

Where you have been granted access to Hort IQ, the following additional terms apply: 

• Registration for access to Hort IQ is not open to the public and is granted only at Hort Innovation’s discretion to the following categories of eligible users: Levy Payers and Members, Delivery Partners, Prospective Delivery Partners, relevant government officials and certain supply chain operators within the horticulture industry
• Access must be via a corporate or organisational email domain. Registrations from personal email accounts will not be accepted
• Access to Hort IQ is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials or permit others to use your access
• Hort Innovation has developed an AI-powered assistant to help you find information published in Hort IQ (Leafy AI)
• The Leafy AI draws only on content published on the website. It does not access external sources and is designed to indicate when it cannot find an answer rather than speculate
• You should independently verify any response before relying on it, as responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading
• Please do not submit personal, sensitive or confidential information through the chat interface
• Questions you submit are logged on our systems and transmitted to a secure AI service provider to generate responses. Our AI service provider does not retain your data or use it to train its models. Logs are retained by Hort Innovation until deleted
• Hort Innovation is not liable for any reliance placed on Leafy AI responses beyond what is required under the Australian Consumer Law
• Your use of Hort IQ is subject to further disclaimers, restrictions and conditions as published within the site from time to time, which you must read and comply with. These include, without limitation, the disclaimers applicable to Nielsen IQ data and the Australian Horticulture Statistics Handbook. By accessing and using Hort IQ, you acknowledge and agree to those additional terms
• Any views contained in materials published on Hort IQ do not necessarily represent the views of Hort Innovation or its commitment to a particular course of action
• We may terminate your access at any time if we consider you have breached these Terms of Use.
