                        What was it all about?
This short investment investigated consumer attitudes towards onions. The study provided the onion industry with an understanding of triggers and barriers to purchase as well as usage and consumption behaviours.
The recommendations delivered will inform future Hort Innovation Onion Fund initiatives in both marketing and R&D and will be available to the onion industry at large.
