What’s it all about?
Beginning in February 2019, this investment is undertaking research to deliver a deeper understanding of onion consumers, including their consumption habits, attitudes and needs. This information will be available to feed into Hort Innovation Onion Fund marketing activities, and provide insights to the industry at large. The research will also provide information on the effectiveness of the industry’s previous marketing activities, and identify key targets and opportunities for growth.
