This project helped Australian horticulture growers and exporters build their presence in key overseas markets by taking part in Asia Fruit Logistica 2026 in Hong Kong.

This project will support key gala dinner engagement activities in FY27 and FY28, bringing Australian horticulture together with Japanese trade, industry and government stakeholders to showcase Australian horticulture, build connections and support future trade opportunities.
The project builds on lessons from the FY26 program, which highlighted the value of relationship-building and identified opportunities for more structured networking and follow-up.
Key deliverables will include stakeholder engagement planning, event development and delivery, communications and media engagement, content capture, and monitoring and evaluation. Survey and evaluation reporting will capture learnings and inform recommendations for future program development.
Through these activities, this project will support stronger collaboration between Australian and Japanese stakeholders and opportunities for future trade and partnerships.
