This short investment which ran in early 2021, conducted research into consumer attitudes towards bananas. The study provided the banana industry with an understanding of triggers and barriers to purchase as well as usage and consumption behaviours.
The recommendations delivered will inform future Hort Innovation Banana Fund initiatives in both marketing and R&D and will be available to the banana industry at large.
