In 2022, this short project delivered easy-to-digest resources for avocado growers and exporters looking to develop their export capability and grow their exports. The resources specifically focus on India and Thailand, as they have been identified as priority markets for the avocado industry. By understanding market dynamics and consumer behaviour patterns, the avocado industry will be better placed to create demand for Australian avocados in these markets.
