    What was it all about?

    This project supported the production of 25 videos of the trial sites and speaker presentations that were intended to be part of the program at last year’s East Gippsland Vegetable Innovation Days. With the COVID-19 pandemic restricting travel movements and gatherings of people, this project ensured that vegetable growers still have access to the existing trial spots and insights from arranged speakers. These videos will be disseminated to vegetable growers via the levy-funded industry communications program delivered by AUSVEG.

    The videos provided growers with a visual opportunity to see what is available in the Australian market and give suppliers the chance to show new or trial products that could be of interest to producers. The days involved vegetable production demonstrations, agricultural chemical trial sites, equipment displays, R&D presentations, speaker sessions and a paddock to plate event.
