What was it all about?

Running from 2017 to 2019, this project facilitated the industry’s National Olive Industry Conference & Trade Exhibition. This annual event was an opportunity for growers to come together to learn about the latest industry research, build networks and share information. The trade show component provided the opportunity for the exhibition of trade information and materials.

Over this period, the number of attendees increased, and positive formal feedback was received, indicating that the conferences were successfully meeting their objectives. Most notably, in 2019 89 per cent of delegates indicated that they intended to adopt something they had learned at the conferences when they returned home to their grove and/or business.
