What was it all about?

From 2019 to 2022, this project delivered communications to Australian prune growers and other industry stakeholders. By keeping the industry up to date on R&D, news, events and other critical information, the project faciliated the uptake of R&D by the industry and supported decision-making in prune businesses.

A number of regular communication channels were produced and maintained by the investment, including but not limited to:

• Production of prune industry articles for The Vine magazine, which is the joint magazine for the dried fruit, dried prune and table grape industries (access online editions here)
• Delivery of Ausprunes e-newsletters to industry contacts (to sign up, contact Ausprunes here)
• Events including field days and an annual grower forum, with details circulated in Ausprunes channels as they become available.
