Consumer usage & attitudes research program FY27-31 (MT26007)

Closing date: December 8, 2026

Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Consumer usage & attitudes research program FY27-31 (MT26007).

The objectives of the services being sought are to deliver trusted, continuous consumer usage and perception tracking across Australian fresh fruit, vegetables and nuts, while maintaining continuity with historical tracking wherever appropriate.

The investment will provide accessible, decision-ready insights tailored to users with varying levels of experience and capability, from concise summaries and visual content through to detailed reports, dashboards and data.

The program will also include flexible communications effectiveness modules and thought-leadership research on emerging consumer topics. These components will help industries understand changes in consumer attitudes and behaviours, explore issues and opportunities beyond the core tracker, and translate findings into engaging webinars, presentations and reusable content.

Consumer voice content, including recorded video and vox pops, will bring the findings to life and make them easier for stakeholders to understand, share and apply. Together, these services will support more informed industry, category and marketing decisions and help the program remain relevant as industry needs evolve.

Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.

The RFP may be downloaded from www.tenders.net (you will need to be a member of tenders.net to access this information).

The closing date for responses is the 8th of December, 2026 at 3:00 PM (AEDT).
