Fresh and Secure Trade Alliance (FASTA)
FASTA brings together national expertise in regulatory market access and in-field pest management to tackle fruit fly and other barriers that can limit trade. Delivered through Hort Innovation and led by the Queensland Department of Primary Industries, FASTA supports Australia’s pest-management reputation and market access work.

Market access
Access to many international markets depends on government-to-government negotiation between Australia and its trading partners. Hort Innovation supports this process by administering the International Market Access Assessment Panel (IMAAP), which provides transparent and consistent advice to the Australian Government on behalf of the horticulture sector.
