In 2023, Hort Innovation commissioned an independent five-year performance review in line with its funding agreement. The documents below include the review findings, the company response and updates on progress against improvement actions.
Annual performance meetings are part of Hort Innovation’s funding agreement with the Australian Government. They review performance against five key performance principles and 14 KPIs, providing a clear record of how performance is assessed and accountability is maintained.
