Important timing note:
Sponsorship applications are reviewed quarterly, with decision meetings held in January, May, July, and October. To be eligible, your event must be scheduled to occur at least four months after your application is submitted to ensure adequate time for review and planning.
Earliest eligible event dates based on submission timing:
