Pre-harvest effects on the quality of baby spinach

This fact sheet summarises how baby spinach quality can be impacted by pre-harvest activities such as crop management, variety, temperature, water, planting density and harvesting. It was produced as part of the Hort Innovation Vegetable Fund project Pre-harvest practices that will increase the shelf-life and freshness of vegetables (VG14025).
