Which Plant Where 2020 National Roadshow

Event overview

The Which Plant Where project is on a mission to provide greenlife growers and practitioners with the tools and resources to create sustainable and resilient landscapes under a changing climate.

To help achieve this goal, Macqaurie University will be intergrating their scientific research with industry knowledge/experience to develop an online plant selector tool.

In the lead up to the development of the online tool, they will be conducting a National Roadshow to esnure that the tool will be useful and relevant to end-users.

If you are a greenlife producer or a practitioner (National, State and local government, landscapers designer and/or manager, landscape architect) and would like to participate in the co-creation of the tool, come along to the interactive session.

During the worskshop they will identify;

  • The value proposition that the tool will provide to you and your industry
  • The benefits the tool will provide to you and your industry
  • What different functions need to be included in the tool
  • How it can become financially self-sustaining to ensure it keeps pace with end-user needs

This event is part of the Hort Frontiers Green Cities Fund project Which plant where, when and why database for growing urban green space.
