Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Nutrition analysis of across horticultural commodities (ST19036).

The objectives of the services being sought are to help Hort Innovation:

  • Develop a protocol in liaison with Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) for updated nutrition testing for edible levy paying horticultural industries in Australia
  • Produce accurate, reliable and representative nutrition analysis data for edible levy paying horticultural industries in Australia
  • Liaise with Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) in the data validation process to inform the update of the Australian Food Composition Database.

Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
