HAL Award Nominations
Graham Gregory Award nominations

The Award: This award recognises outstanding achievement from all sectors of the horticulture industry, throughout the whole supply chain.

Criteria: Candidates must have established excellence in an area that has enhanced or developed the horticultural industry through activities such as research and development (including market research and development), education, training, technology transfer or advertising and promotion.

The Prize: The winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize, travel costs to the value of $2000 for themselves and a family member to attend the award presentation in Sydney, and a commemorative bronze medal.

Young Leader Award nominations

The Award: This award recognises leadership from young people in horticulture.

Criteria: Candidates must be under 35 and have demonstrated leadership in any discipline relating to the horticulture industry. Up to five young leaders within the horticulture industry can be recognised by this award.

The Prize: The winner(s) will receive a prize valued at approximately $2000 including a certificate of recognition, travel to the award presentation in Sydney with one night’s accommodation, and free registration at a HAL funded conference of their choice to assist their continued development in the industry.
