The Australian Fruit and Vegetable Coalition has been formed to explore partnership opportunities to increase fruit and vegetable consumption. It has the following founding members:

Our objectives?

A significant social marketing campaign over 5 years funded by the Commonwealth and State Governments, the fruit and vegetable industry, non government health
organisations and other appropriate partners to promote increased consumption of fruit and vegetables by Australians.

A commitment by the Commonwealth Government to conduct a regular national nutrition survey to provide essential data on the fruit and vegetable consumption of
Australians including trends over time.
